Thomas Schultheis received his MA in Strategic Communications from National University and his BS in Psychology from James Madison University. 

 

He is on the Musical Theatre Competitions of America Creative Team as well as The Spark File Creativity Coaching Engagement Manager. 

 

He has performed on Broadway in the revival of Grease! as well as tours of Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Chicago, and South Pacific. 

 

Thomas worked for 15 years at the Disneyland® Resort, primarily as the Sales Manager for Disney Performing Arts. Under his award winning leadership he created the Disney Performing Arts Conservatory, as well as Inspiring Brilliance, a summit which brought leading educators together from around the world. 

 

Thomas is a Board Member with the Arts Schools Network, Akomi Dance, and a member of the Actors Equity Association, California Educational Theatre Association, Concordia University Advisory Council, Educational Theatre Association, Teaching Artist Alliance, and the Teaching Artist Support Collaborative of California.
